West Coast IPA is Bravus's hop-forward beer, brewed with four hop varieties and then dealcoholised. Simcoe brings the resinous pine, Citra and Amarillo push the citrus, and Columbus adds a rounded bitterness underneath. The malt is there to hold things together but doesn't compete. It pours medium straw with a white head and medium carbonation. The finish is clean and dry, which is what you want from a West Coast style. It doesn't have the weight of an alcoholic IPA, but the hop character is genuine. Vegan and gluten-reduced.
