A. Le Coq Fassbrause Lemon is an alcohol-free drink from the Estonian brewer A. Le Coq, built on a base of alcohol-free beer blended with lemon juice. That beer base is brewed from water, barley malt and hops, and the finished drink is naturally fermented, meaning it develops through fermentation rather than being mixed cold. It carries the B-group vitamins B6, B12, B5 and B7, which is why the brewer positions it as a lighter choice than an ordinary soft drink. The flavour is lightly lemon. It is part of the wider Fassbrause range.
