Almave Ámbar is an alcohol-free blue agave spirit from the highlands of Jalisco in Mexico, designed by master distiller Iván Saldaña alongside Lewis Hamilton. This award-winning drink is the first non-alcoholic blue agave spirit to come from Jalisco, and it takes its cue from aged tequila. Rather than fermenting the agave, the step that normally produces alcohol, it puts Blue Weber agave through several rounds of distillation using traditional tequila distillation techniques. The natural agave gives the drink its sweetness and body, and it carries an amber colour in the glass. The palate brings citrus zest and warm spice, staying clean and gentle, with a light touch of orange.
