Amstel 0.0 is an alcohol-free lager from the Netherlands, made through a natural process of slow alcohol evaporation. Pale gold in the glass with a bright white head and a slightly bitter white foam, it has a light malt body and gentle hop balance. The aroma carries grain, subtle malt and mild herbal hops. On the palate it is soft and refreshing, with clean malt character, gentle bitterness and soft carbonation, making it easy to drink. The finish is smooth and crisp, with a light dry edge.
