Bax Botanics Verbena is an alcohol-free spirit built around lemon verbena as its forward flavour, alongside mint, fennel and summer herbs with florals. It is small batch distilled in Yorkshire, at a distillery that runs a closed loop water cooling system to recirculate its cooling water. The result is dry rather than sweet, refreshing, with the green character of meadow botanicals. Once opened, it does not need refrigerating. The brand also makes a Sea Buckthorn variant.
