Bellwoods A Non-Alc IPA V2 is part of the Toronto brewery's iterative series of alcohol-free IPAs, each version centred on a different hop combination. This iteration uses Citra, Galaxy and Simcoe, a trio chosen for punchy, aromatic character. The recipe is aimed at matching the body and mouthfeel of a full-strength IPA rather than producing a lighter-bodied approximation.
