Below Brew Co's Ohana is an alcohol-free beer brewed in collaboration with Exale Brewing. It is dry-hopped, meaning hops are added after the boil for aroma rather than bitterness, using BRU-1 and Sabro varieties. It is hazy golden in the glass with a soft white head. The aroma carries citrus zest, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and pine. The taste is juicy tropical fruit balanced by mild hop bitterness over a light malt body. It is smooth and medium-bodied with soft carbonation that lifts the flavours, and finishes clean with citrus. It works served cold alongside pizza, BBQ or lighter dishes.
