Blackjack Electric Circus is Blackjack Brewing's permanent alcohol-free offering and their core low-ABV pale ale. Brewed using a low-gravity method rather than dealcoholisation, the approach aims to preserve body and flavour from the outset. The grist incorporates a high proportion of oats and wheat to provide a solid mouthfeel that compensates for the reduced alcohol content. The result is designed to reflect the West Coast pale ale character of the brewery's full-strength range.
