Bon Voyage Merlot is the Merlot entry in the Bon Voyage non-alcoholic wine range, sourced from Languedoc-Roussillon vineyards in southern France. It is produced by Les Grands Chais de France (GCF), the leading privately owned winemaker in France. Before dealcoholisation, the wine undergoes a short maceration on the skins, a traditional vinification step used to extract colour and tannin structure. The spinning cone process then removes the alcohol at low temperatures, preserving the volatile aromas that heat-based evaporation would otherwise drive off. The result is positioned as a classic non-alcoholic red intended to reflect the structure of a traditional French Merlot.
