About This Drink
Bravus BLK IPA is a special release in the brand's non-alcoholic lineup, produced as a limited run rather than a core year-round offering. The recipe draws on the Cascadian Dark Ale tradition, using a blend of dark roasted malts to develop coffee and dark chocolate character while a heavy dry-hop addition provides the bitterness and aromatics of a West Coast IPA. The result sits at the intersection of stout and IPA. Like the rest of the Bravus range, it is produced via a proprietary low-fermentation process that keeps the beer non-alcoholic from brew day without a separate dealcoholisation step.
