About This Drink
Bravus Shandy Sour is designed as the lighter, more refreshing end of the brand's non-alcoholic range, positioned against the heavier stouts and IPAs in the lineup. The recipe takes the structure of a traditional Radler and introduces a kettle-souring step to build tartness before a lemon component is blended in. The brand describes the flavour as balancing sharp acidity with sweetness, drawing a comparison to a lemon drop candy. It is produced using the same proprietary low-fermentation process as the rest of the Bravus range, keeping it non-alcoholic from the outset.
