FOR.REST is Browar Nepomucen's alcohol-free Forest IPA, a style that directly reflects the brewery's longstanding use of pine needles as a house signature ingredient. Nepomucen was founded in 2015 in Szkaradowo, Wielkopolska, and pine needle additions feature across several of its beers. FOR.REST pairs those additions with Simcoe and Mosaic hops.
