FOR.REST is an alcohol-free Forest IPA from Browar Nepomucen, a Polish brewery. It is golden in the glass with a lasting white head. The aroma opens with pine and citrus zest, then soft tropical fruit and gentle herbs. On the palate, resinous hops lead with a bold piney character and sharp citrus, grapefruit in particular, with light malt sweetness and a crisp bitterness balancing out. Herbal and classic IPA fruit character run through the whole drink. The finish is clean, pine-led and refreshing.
