Beergose
Ole
Tart, slightly salty Spanish gose with peachy and citrusy aromas.
About This Drink
Ole is Browar Nepomucen's alcohol-free Spanish gose, top-fermented and brewed in Poland. Gose is a wheat beer style known for its saltiness and tartness; Ole develops this character through fermentation with lactobacillus bacteria, a culture that introduces acidity to the beer. The colour is golden and hazy. The aroma brings peachy, apple and citrus, with a sour edge. The flavour is sour, sweet and slightly salty, with citrusy fruit and very low bitterness. It is best served between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius.
