Ceder's Classic is the original expression in the brand's range, described by Ceder's as its floral and balanced entry point and positioned as a non-alcoholic alternative to a classic gin. The concept was conceived by founders Craig Hutchison and Maria Sehlstrom after discovering the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa's Western Cape in 2017, with the botanicals drawn from that same landscape. Each botanical is distilled individually before being blended with Swedish water and bottled in Sweden, a production approach that distinguishes Classic from spirits that combine botanicals prior to a single distillation pass. Among the brand's range of expressions, Classic occupies the gentler, more floral register.
