About This Drink
Ceder's Crisp was one of the two expressions that launched the brand in 2018, following founders Craig Hutchison and Maria Sehlstrom's discovery of the Cederberg Mountains in the Western Cape of South Africa in 2017. The botanicals are sourced from that region and each is distilled individually before being blended with Swedish water and bottled in Sweden, a multi-stage process that goes beyond a single-pass distillation. The brand positions Crisp as the refreshing, citrus-forward expression in the alcohol-free Ceder's range, combining classic gin botanicals with cucumber and camomile. It sits at the lighter, brighter end of the range alongside darker and more floral expressions.
