Pink Rose sits alongside Ceder's Rose in the range as a further floral variation, distilled using the same process of individually extracted botanicals blended with Swedish spring water. Juniper is present but plays second fiddle to rose and hibiscus, which drive both the aroma and the palate character. On the nose it's heavily floral - more perfumed than any of the other Ceder's variants. That carries through to the palate, where rose dominates and hibiscus adds a tartness that keeps it from turning sickly. Neat, it's a lot; in tonic it comes together more cleanly, softened by dilution. Alcohol Change UK noted it's "perhaps a little too floral" neat but makes "a very nice pink gin cocktail" when mixed, which is fair.
