Clausthaler Classic is an alcohol-free lager from Frankfurt, brewed by Binding-Brauerei AG. First produced in 1979, it was one of the drinks that put non-alcoholic beer on the map in Germany. It is made in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516 and uses controlled fermentation throughout. Pale golden in the glass, it has crisp malt character and a subtle, floral hop aroma, with balanced bitterness and a full body. The taste is fresh, well-balanced, and easy to drink, with a creamy feel on the palate.
