Clausthaler Extra Herb is an alcohol-free pilsner and part of Clausthaler's range of AF lagers and pilsners. It carries a higher hop content than the brand's Clausthaler Classic, with a dry-hopped recipe that emphasises a tart, bitter character. Clausthaler makes it by halting fermentation before alcohol has a chance to develop, rather than brewing at full strength and stripping the alcohol out afterwards.
