Key lime juice concentrate gives it a sharp citrus lift, and organic rose extract adds a floral note that sits alongside the fruit without becoming perfumed. The colour is a pale rose pink with fine bubbles. On the nose: lime zest, rose petal, and white grape, with a faint earthiness from the fermented echinacea. On the palate, the tartness of the aronia and lime plays off the sweetness of the grape concentrate, with tartaric acid providing the kind of crispness you'd expect from a dry rosé. Grapeskin extract and French oak add a structural note. The finish is dry and clean. Serve well chilled in a coupe. The kanna extract from South Africa is included for its functional properties; it doesn't alter the flavour profile noticeably.
