Divin Pinot Noir 0.0% is an award-winning alcohol-free red wine from the Loire Valley, produced by Vignobles Villebois using a blend of traditional winemaking and dealcoholisation under vacuum, meaning the wine is made at full strength and the alcohol then removed under low pressure. It is dry, with aromas of strawberry, cherry, and blackcurrant and a herbal character of mint and tomato leaf. Those same red fruits carry through on the palate, joined by redcurrant and a touch of caramel and vanilla.
