Doppio Passo Bianco Alternativa is an alcohol-free Italian white wine made from Muscat grapes. It is produced by dealcoholisation, meaning the wine is made at full strength and the alcohol then removed. Pale lemon with green reflections in the glass, it opens with aromas of lychee, pineapple and tangerine alongside pear and citrus, with banana, vanilla and a floral quality completing the nose. On the palate it is fresh and refreshing, fruity and crisp, with a smooth finish. Best served chilled.
