Dr. Jaglas Winzer Mulled Wine is a limited-edition alcohol-free mulled wine made in Germany for 2025. It starts from a dealcoholised Merlot, meaning the wine is made at full strength and then has its alcohol removed, sourced from the VDP winery Leitz in the Rheingau. The Merlot base is warmed with gingerbread and traditional mulled wine herbs. It stays only subtly sweet, with an aromatic character rather than a heavy one.
