Equinox Kombucha Cucumber, Lemongrass & Tulsi is a limited edition alcohol-free kombucha, released to mark the Spring Equinox. Kombucha is a fermented tea, and this one is built on chun-mee green tea with matcha, then brewed with tulsi, the herb also known as holy basil, alongside lemongrass and ginseng. It is raw, meaning unpasteurised so the live cultures from fermentation stay active, and the brand makes it from 100% natural ingredients with nothing artificial added. The result is a delicate cucumber and citrus flavour with a gentle fizz.
