Brewed in small batches, the drink starts with a base of organic Chun-Mee green tea fermented with a SCOBY culture, then incorporates hibiscus, rosehip, bilberry, pineapple, liquorice root, and nettle. The distinctive pink colour comes entirely from the hibiscus content, with no artificial colourings involved. The kombucha is kept unpasteurised and raw throughout, retaining live cultures, in keeping with the brand's approach across the range.
