Feragaia is an alcohol-free distilled spirit from Fife, Scotland, whose name translates as 'wild earth'. Distilled, blended and bottled in Scotland from land and sea botanicals, it has overall flavours of citrus and spice. The aroma opens with lemon verbena, bitter orange and blackcurrant leaf. On the palate, chamomile flower and native sugar kelp come through, with blackcurrant leaf returning. The finish is warming: pink peppercorns and ginger root, then cayenne pepper and ancho chili.
