Fre White Zinfandel is a California-grown, alcohol-free rosé-style wine. It begins as a fully fermented wine; the alcohol is then removed using spinning cone columns and vacuum distillation, two low-pressure techniques that gently separate the alcohol without stripping the wine's flavour. On the nose, it has strawberry and cranberry aromas. The palate is refreshing and light, with ripe berry flavours, raspberry, and a touch of citrus.
