Giffard Ruby Grape is an alcohol-free cocktail base from France, built on red wine extract from grapes. The liquid is mahogany in colour, with an aroma of dark fruits, caramel, vanilla, and fresh prune. On the palate there is a slight bitterness that gives way to a delicately herbaceous finish.
