Giffard Spritz Alcohol Free is an award-winning French alcohol-free spritz made by macerating grapefruit zest in white vinegar and steeping it with gentian extracts, which draws out the botanical bitterness that characterises the drink. The colour is bright orange from E110 colouring. The aroma carries fresh citrus with the herbal intensity of gentian. The taste strikes a refreshing balance between the sweetness and acidity of grapefruit, fruity and zesty, with a long, bitter finish. The bottle keeps for five months after opening and does not need refrigerating. The drink may contain sediment.
