Glen Dochus Highland Bothy is the smoky expression in the Glen Dochus range, a non-alcoholic whisky alternative shaped around the profile of a traditional Highland malt. The formulation took four years to develop, using water sourced specifically from the Pannanich Wells in the Cairngorms and a bespoke extraction process designed to capture the essence of aged whisky barrels. Black pepper and ginger botanicals are incorporated to provide a warming finish. The brand positions Highland Bothy as best suited to sipping neat, over ice, or with a splash of water.
