Glen Dochus Island Blend is an alcohol-free spirit produced by Spirits of Virtue and launched in 2023, taking its inspiration from the Scottish islands. The nose is heady, peaty and earthy, with toasted malt, bitter-sweet chocolate and coffee. On the palate, peat smoke, liquorice, black pepper, dark chocolate and candied peel feature, with coriander seed, espresso, tobacco oak, sea salt and heavily toasted malt alongside. The finish is punchy and intense, with a powerful richness. It works neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
