Guinness 0.0 is an alcohol-free stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland, the product of four years of development by the technical and innovation teams at St. James's Gate. The alcohol is removed by cold filtration, a process in which the stout is brewed to full strength and the alcohol then filtered out without heat, preserving the body and character intact. The result shares the same taste and texture as Guinness Draught. Dark ruby red in colour with a creamy head, it has roasted coffee and dark chocolate flavours, smoothly balanced with bitter, sweet, and roasted aspects, and a velvety dry finish.
