Hitachino Nest Yuzu Ginger Non Ale is produced by Kiuchi Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture as the flavoured variant in the brewery's Non Ale non-alcoholic series. The malt base includes the historic Kaneko Golden Malt alongside Pilsner and Munich malts, with yuzu and ginger root additions giving this version its distinct character relative to the base Non Ale. Unlike many non-alcoholic beers, the series uses a low-strength fermentation method rather than post-production dealcoholisation.
