Delirium Delirio is the first alcohol-free entry in Huyghe's Delirium range, brewed at the Melle brewery in East Flanders. Rather than using conventional methods, the brewing team worked with yeast strains selected to produce minimal alcohol, a significantly different process from their standard approach. It carries a light malty aroma with spicy and fruity notes.
