IMPOSSIBREW Pale is an alcohol-free hazy pale ale brewed in the UK. Rather than removing alcohol from a finished beer, it is brewed at very low temperatures using what the brand calls cryogenic fermentation, a process in which the brewing conditions are designed so that minimal alcohol is generated from the outset and none needs to be removed. Each can also contains the brand's Social Blend, a functional mix of L-theanine, magnesium citrate, ashwagandha root extract, and vitamin B1. The hop character is tropical, with pineapple, mango, and grapefruit alongside a hint of kiwi.
