Inch's 0.0 Apple Cider, launched in 2025, is an alcohol-free cider produced in Hereford and the UK's first de-alcoholised cider. Two years of development went into the drink before it reached shelves. The de-alcoholisation process, meaning the cider is brewed at full strength and the alcohol then removed, was chosen to keep it as a direct alternative to Inch's Medium Apple and to retain that cider's flavour.
