Inch's 0.0 Apple Cider is an alcohol-free cider launched in March 2025 following two years of research and development at Hereford Ciderie. The apple sourcing draws on 27 varieties of British apple, all grown within 40 miles of the mill. At launch, Inch's positioned the product as the first dealcoholised cider (brewed at full strength, then had the alcohol removed) available in the on-trade, a claim reported in trade press. The recipe adds malic acid for tartness.
