Kamo 45 is a non-alcoholic Bavarian lager positioned as a post-workout recovery drink, co-founded by Paul Voss, a German Gravel Champion, and three collaborators. The name references the 45-minute window after exercise when the body is considered most receptive to nutrient absorption. The electrolyte blend (sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium) is formulated to German Society of Nutrition guidelines for recovery hydration, and the beer is brewed at a small family-run brewery in Bavaria.
