Alkoholfreie Weisse is an alcohol-free wheat beer made by Brauerei zum Kuchlbauer in Abensberg, Bavaria. It is a cloudy red gold in the glass with a stable, creamy head. On the nose there's fresh apple, citrus, mild honey, soft wheat malt and yeast. The palate is light and easy to drink, with fruity apple and citrus up front, gentle honeyed sweetness, subtle grain and a slight tart hop edge. The finish brings back soft grain and fruit, closing on a delicate bitterness.
