About This Drink
LA Brewery's Sparkling White Rose is a white rosé-style alcohol-free drink, produced in the United Kingdom and inspired by summer's wild flowers and the heritage of English sparkling wine. It is a kombucha, made by fermenting green tea with live cultures, the process that also leaves it rich in those cultures. After fermentation it is matured in tank for six weeks, then blended with rose and elderflower, with apple and lychee among its natural flavours. On the nose it carries a light zest alongside fragrant rose. To taste it is fresh and floral with a crisp acidity, closing on a long finish.
