La Trappe Epos is an alcohol-free Trappist pale ale, brewed by the monks at De Koningshoeven Abbey in the Netherlands. These beers are made within a working monastery, and Epos is the first light-blond, hazy 0.0% example of its kind. The aroma is subtly fruity and spicy, with a light hoppy character. To taste it carries a soft, pleasant bitterness, and the finish is refreshing and crisp with a slight sourness.
