Lakes Brew Co's First Light Hazy Pale is an alcohol-free pale ale with a hazy, pale gold colour and a soft, clouded look in the glass. On the nose there is plenty of hop lift, with citrus zest and tropical fruit coming through up front. Those same citrus and tropical fruit flavours carry onto the palate, set over a smooth, grainy body. It finishes clean and refreshing. The beer pairs well with chicken tacos with lime, burgers and loaded fries, spicy wings, or sharp cheddar and roasted vegetable pizza.
