About This Drink
Lyre's American Malt is the bourbon-style drink in Lyre's alcohol-free spirits range. Rather than dealcoholising a base spirit (brewing or distilling at full strength then having the alcohol removed), it is built from scratch using natural flavour compounds to mimic the character of American whiskey.
