Lyre's G & T is a pre-mixed, non-alcoholic ready-to-drink expression in the brand's RTD lineup, developed as a convenient format for the brand's most popular home-pour combination. The base is Lyre's Dry London Spirit, which contributes a firm juniper and citrus character, combined with carbonated water and quinine sourced from cinchona bark to provide the classic tonic bitterness. Monk fruit juice is included in the formulation alongside the quinine. A bespoke carbonation process was developed specifically to replicate the mouthfeel of a premium bottled tonic water, a technical challenge noted by Beverage Daily at the time of the RTD range's launch. The brand describes the aromatic profile as leading with orange blossom, lime, and jasmine before resolving into juniper and quinine.
