Mahala Botanical Classic is an alcohol-free spirit produced in Cape Town, South Africa, at an all-female distillery. Nine hand-sourced botanicals, including buchu, a South African herb, are infused under vacuum, a low-temperature method that pulls out flavour without heat, in custom-built stills. The result is delicately spiced, with a zesty citrus finish.
