The organic apple blend draws on five named bittersweet Normandy varieties (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën and Douce Coët Ligné), a level of varietal specificity unusual in the 0.0% cider category. The liquid contains no added sugars, colourings or artificial ingredients, relying on the character of the named varieties rather than post-press correction.
