Misty Cliffs Non Alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is an alcohol-free red wine from Stellenbosch in South Africa, blending equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is made by dealcoholisation, with the alcohol removed through vacuum distillation, a low-temperature method that lifts off alcohol while keeping the wine's character intact. Ruby-red in colour, it has a nose of red cherry and blackcurrant from the Cabernet Sauvignon, with a touch of mulberry from the Merlot. The wine is smooth and balanced, with a trace of tannin to give it grip.
