Baron von Blue draws its character from blueberry juice concentrate balanced against a soft floral note of rose, with mint providing a cooling lift. On the nose it's fruity and lightly floral, fresh blueberry forward with a hint of cool mint underneath. The taste follows through cleanly. Ripe blueberry leads, the rose adds a gentle bittersweet edge, and the mint keeps the finish bright without tipping into toothpaste territory. It's not especially sweet for a fruit-based drink, which works in its favour. Drink it straight over ice or use it as a base for a longer mixed drink alongside non-alcoholic gin.
