Moderato's Alcohol-Free Botrytized Wine is a sweet white made in collaboration with Sigalas Rabaud. It is built from the Sémillon grape, picked after botrytis, the noble rot that shrivels the fruit on the vine and concentrates its sugars, which is what gives this style of wine its richness. The alcohol-free wine tastes of honey, candied fruits and apricot.
