Moderato Cabernet-Merlot Cuvee Originale is a French alcohol-free red wine blended from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. It is produced using gentle dealcoholisation, meaning fermented to full strength before the alcohol is removed. The result is a slightly peppery red with blackcurrant, cherry, and cranberry on the palate. The Cuvée Originale is also available in blanc and rosé versions.
