Moderato Cabernet-Merlot Cuvée Originale is part of the brand's core Cuvée Originale range, the 0.0% collection. The blend is sourced from sustainably managed Cabernet and Merlot vineyards in the South of France. Oenologist Frédéric Brochet worked specifically on this expression to achieve a tannic structure comparable to a conventional red wine, making it the brand's first dealcoholised red to meet that structural brief. The alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation at low temperatures, a process chosen to preserve the natural aromas of the grapes.
