It is made by gentle dealcoholisation, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength and the alcohol is then gently removed. The taste leans on white fruit, pear and citrus, with light plum, a slightly buttery edge, and jammy fruit carrying a touch of almond. White blossom rounds out the fruit. It has a rounded feel and a fresh character, with fine bubbles and a crisp, clean, dry finish.
