Moderato Cuvée Révolutionnaire Chardonnay is an alcohol-free white wine made in France from Chardonnay grapes, part of the brand's Cuvée Révolutionnaire range. It is dealcoholised gently at low temperature, meaning the wine is made at full strength before the alcohol is then removed. It is aged for four months in barrel, which gives it a light woody character. The taste brings white peach, citrus and toasted almond, in a subtle balance of fruit and wood.
